ESKO Kongsberg C60 is featured with 126.37x 63 inch work area and capable to precisely cut pre-printed materials of all kind—it may be textile, PVC, MDF, ACP, WPC, vinyl and others. “Adoption of this ESKO digital finishing system has improved our accuracy in cutting pre-printed graphics, particularly textile,” says Sandeep Bhutani of COLORMATE Digtal. He adds that textile applications are gaining new momentum and the soft signage market in India is going to get a new leap in the next few years, at 20-30 percent increase in growth rate.

“PSPs offering excellent textile prints are abundant everywhere; but the biggest challenge is still in ‘finishing’ job. Keeping this in mind, we have adopted ESKO Kongsberg C60, which is designed to cut pre-printed textile in exact size without minute discrepancy,” explains Sandeep. Unique features of the machine include roll-to-roll cutting, easy contour cutting for pre-printed graphics at high speed, with accuracy using variety of blades, bits, knives, creasing wheels and ancillary tools. And the common applications include POP, POS, in-store graphics and honey-combs (for corrugated packaging).

Now, the adoption of the new ESKO finishing system has improved the overall precision and production volume at COLORMATE Digital. In this, Sandeep says, “Earlier, we were able to cut barely 20 textile pieces a day; but today, following the adoption of the new ESKO system, the figure increases to 300.” Apart from ESKO Kongsberg C60, COLORMATE Digital boasts a line of other high-end machines in their set up, which consist of a Gandy Digital Pred8tor, an HP Latex 570, Impulsa Sewing Station, so on.
