CHINA PRINT 2017 gears up for big
showcase of tota l printing solutions


An international printing exhibition of great scale and greatest importance, CHINA PRINT has paid close attention to its upcoming 2017 edition, to be organised from May 09-13 at New China International Exhibition Centre in Beijing, with sizeable participations of cross border exhibitors as well as domestic printing enterprises. The expo will give a focus on traditional printing technologies to advanced digital printing, wide-format productions, consumables and many more.

Inspired by the latest trends of innovations surfacing in the industry, CHINA PRINT 2017 will establish special zones for new technologies in various fields of printing. Also, prestigious brands, specialists and scholars have so far been invited to illustrate and interpret the future trend, development and applications of the up-to-date printing technologies. Combining the technology exchange with the showcase of products, no doubt, CHINA PRINT 2017 will promote the development of both printing technology and the print market.


Concurrent events

During the expo, there will be more than 60 events and forums held concurrently, viz Forum- PI (a.k.a. International Forum for Development of Printing Industries); China Print Summit; Forum for China’s Label Printing Industry, and other specialised, advanced extravaganzas, such as the 6th China Print Awards Ceremony, Asia Print Meeting and National Theme Days. Via all these concurrent events, CHINA PRINT 2017 will highlight the future trend of printing, offering opportunities for both visitors and exhibitors to communicate and exchange their views on contemporary technologies and possible future developments.

CHINA PRINT regularly participates in overseas and domestic printing exhibitions and related activities for better publicity and further cooperation.

At the recent drupa 2006 in Dusseldorf, Germany, CHINA PRINT organised a conference, announcing the latest statistics and contemporary development trend of China’s printing industry, alongside the up-to-date preparation for the coming 2017 edition of the show. Present as host at the conference included Chang’an LU, vice president of PEIAC (Printing Equipment Industries Association of China); Shijun ZHENG, vice president of CIEC (China International Exhibition Centre Group Corporation); Fengna WANG, vice secretary-general of PEIAC; and Jason WANG, project director of CPSC (China Print Show Company).

Hosting the conference, Fengna WANG made a welcome speech and other eminent speakers followed up in the subsequent sessions over the discussions and announcements of overwhelming confirmation of the participation of leading manufacturers from the world over in CHINA PRINT 2017, giving a firm belief that the expo next year will again be the indicator of the future trends and the feedback of current status in the global printing industry.

Big crowd

It has been estimated that a crowd of more than 180,000 visitors may turn up at the show; and the organisers are ready to offer the best platform to facilitate trade and business to the visiting horde. During drupa 2016, visitors noticed that it would be really worth to go and visit CHINA PRINT 2017, to continue discovering the contemporary printing industry and its future.

The latest statistics show that 602 enterprises have already submitted their application forms online with a total exhibition area of 121,819 square metres of CHINA PRINT 2017 has been booked so far. That it so say, CHINA PRINT 2017 will definitely be a landmark printing fair of great influence to the industry in 2017.
