Eight EFI ink sets get GreenGuard certification

EFI has announced that eight of its Genuine EFI Inks have been certified by GREENGUARD. GREENGUARD Certification identifies healthier product by ensuring that the product meets some of the world’s most rigorous and comprehensive standards for low emission of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) into indoor air. GREENGUARD Gold standard includes health-based criteria for additional chemicals and also requires lower total VOC emission levels to ensure that products are acceptable for use in sensitive indoor environments like schools and healthcare facilities. EFI ink packaging and labels will soon be updated to include the GREENGUARD and GREENGUARD Gold Certifications. The eight EFI inks that have been GREENGUARD certified are listed as: VUTEk HS125 Pro Ink; VUTEk LX3 Pro Ink; EFI Quantum SuperRange Ink; EFI-3M SuperRange Ink; EFI-3M SuperFlex Ink; VUTEk GSLX UD XP Ink; VUTEk H2000 Pro UD Ink; and VUTEk HS and HSr Series Pro Ink.
