3M releases three new colour flip films
With the addition of six new films to its flagship Wrap Film Series 1080 line, 3M mentions three revolutionary colour flip options featuring Gloss Flip Electric Wave, Satin Flip Caribbean Shimmer and Satin Flip Glacial Frost. Along with the three colour flip options, the expansion of 3M Wrap Film Series 1080 also includes Gloss Storm Gray, Satin Gold Dust Black and Satin Frozen Vanilla.

Aatest from REGMA is Ruby Satin Canvas—a new inkjet satin canvas available in 23 m. This satin finish printing material is designed for fade resistant fine art or photo reproductions for use with solvent, eco-solvent, latex and UV curable inks. The polyester/cotton blend canvas has a satin coating that delivers superior colour gamut and resolution. The product is an outcome of REGMA’s more than 30 years of experience in the large-format printing industry.
STS announces alternative to Roland SolJet ink
Designed for use on Roland SolJet EJ-640 eco-solvent printer, ink manufacturer STS announces the launch of eco-solvent EJ inks, designed with 7-colour series (CMYKcmk) offered in 1-litre cartridges. With its solid history, STS has pioneered the field of inkjet printing and ink technology. In 2005, STS opened its first manufacturing facility at Boca Raton in Florida and by the end of 2013, after about a year of construction, finally moved to its own building.
HEXIS releases paint protection with matt finish
Bodyfence, which is designed to protect paints, is the latest product from HEXIS. This new matt finish product offers premium paint protection thanks to its anti-shock, self-healing and self-cleaning properties. Bodyfence protects vehicle paint against chipping, insects, scratches, minor dents, car wash brushes and others. The film has an anti-adhesion component which repels dust and dirt making cleaning easier and less frequent. Surface level scratches can be self-healed as the film regenerates itself with the help of heat. Bodyfence is easy to use and users would love this new technology that brings the improved surface finish on car.
