Big auto players in the recent Auto Expo 2015, organised at India Expo Mart in Greater Noida, opted for
Sun Fabric materials to don their colossal exhibition stands. New Delhi-based Visual Displays is the firm
behind the inclusive printing and supply of the fire retardant textile materials. SIGN & GRAPHICS takes
a look at the impressively fabricated stands, using Sun Fabric materials.
Green printing is the thrust in the
market. And this is what Visual
Displays is known for. The company
collectively uses totally fire-retardant
‘green’ Sun Fabric materials, latex vinyl
media, 3M IJ180 and others to trump up
the exhibition stands at the landmark Auto
Expo 2015 where thronged a big crowd
of celebs and auto enthusiasts from all
over the country. Leading auto companies
including Hero, Mercedes Benz, JMB
Group, Hyundai, Suzuki, among others
were the ones whose stands got wrapped
outstandingly using the materials from
Visual Displays, which also took charge of
print service.
“Our fabric materials are suitably designed
for high-end applications and standout
textures in graphics,” remarks Deepak
Girotra, director, Visual Displays. Now that
the concept of ‘quality’ in large-format
graphics is hooking to fabric materials for
any application under the sun, Sun Fabric
is poised to be the decisive solution and the
auto stands at Auto Expo 2015 were the
proven instances. The stand of Hero was
wrapped using Sun Fabric canvas while
Mercedes Benz and JMB stands sported
graphics printed on latex vinyl and
3M IJ180. The same materials were chosen
for the Hyundai and Suzuki stands as well.
Apart from the printed materials being
used to wrap the expo stands, Visual
Displays also supplied plain cover fabrics
to the auto majors to keep their vehicles
obscured before the launch sessions
during the expo. Furthermore, the buses
used for shuttle service to ply visitors
to the expo ground were wrapped using
vinyl films from Visual Displays. Now
the company’s inclusive involvement into
latex printing and fire-retardant fabric
materials has garnered a new paradigm
shift towards quality production.

Sun Fabric materials have also been chosen
to produce life size framed backlit photographs being put on display at the gallery of a recent
exhibition of artist and muralist Satish Gujral. Printing materials from Visual Graphics are also used
to wrap Rapid Metro in Gurgaon, which is linked to Delhi Metro’s Yellow Line at Sikandarpur. The
