With its head office at Rajasthani Udyog Nagar, GT Karnal Road in Delhi, Mono Sign Systems has an exclusive showroom at Chuna Mandi in New Delhi’s Paharganj area, under the name MS Associates. Flaunting at the showroom is a huge portfolio of the company’s sign-making materials, which consist of an array of newly arrived printing media and glow sign-making items. “We keep expanding our product portfolio with steady addition of our own products as well as the bands we supply,” says Saurabh Aggarwal of Mono Sign Systems.

Latest launch

The most latest product from Mono Sign Systems, which they announced its release during a recent signage expo in New Delhi, was UNO LED Direct Series that run on direct current without any ‘power supply system’. “This newly introduced (UNO) LED module is first-of-its-kind in the current market. This module requires no power supply system; it runs on direct current AC 220 VOLT,” explains Saurabh, adding that the product is an answer to cost cutting and innovation at a time.

With diversities in colours, lumens and other characteristics, UNO LED Series are available in different variants—UNO ‘N’ Series, UNO ‘G’ Series, UNO ‘Forested’ Series, UNO ‘Wave’ Series, LFU (LED for You), UNO ‘5630’ Series, among others. “Our range of UNO Series could meet the sheer requirement of glow sign makers who engage in production of high-end glow sign solutions,” mentions Saurabh, adding that they also offer a line of allied materials and machines alongside the groundbreaking LED modules.

MONACRYL - Cast acrylic sheet

In addition to LED materials, Mono Sign Systems has introduced its MONACRYL brand of cast acrylic sheet, which is available in 1.8 – 25mm thickness. Light Guided Panel (LGP) is featured with ‘light guide plate’ made for use of high-tech material of high reflectivity, without absorbing light. “In this mechanism, lighting point is printed on the bottom surface of the optical-grade acrylic sheet. When the light reaches every lighting point, the reflected light will spread to every angle, destroying the refection condition by lighting out from the front side of the light guide plate to make better use of light,” explains Saurabh.

Monacryl sheet is available in standard sizes, ranging from 6ft x 4ft and 8ft x 4ft (without PVC gasket). Colour variants in this premium acrylic sheet from Mono Sign Systems include clear, opal, black, red, yellow, green, white, pink, frosted and others.

Avery Dennison

Besides its own brands, Mono Sign Systems is an authorised distributor of a range of high-end signage printing materials. Some of the leading products the company distributes far and wide are Avery Dennison. The series of Avery Dennison materials available from Mono Sign Systems include Digital Printing Media such as MPI Value Film Series, MPI 3000 P, MPI 2000 Polymeric Series and MPI 1000 Cast Series, Screen Printing Media such as FC 400, Fc 440, Translucent Series – Genral Signage 450 series, Polymeric 4500 series, Cast 5500 series. “The collection of Avery Dennison materials we stock are perfectly designed for diverse applications, such as screen, digital, cut vinyl, wall graphics, architectural, etc,” mentions Saurabh.

Mono Sign Systems supplies Avery Dennison materials to PSPs handling signage projects of a number of corporate biggies. To mention a few, Axis Bank, PNB Met Life, DTDC, SBI ATM, Good Year and Bank of India are some of the company’s regular customers.

AT Inks

AT Inks from the company are suitably made for a series of leading printheads including KM 512 & 512i and Starfire. And the Quattro in the portfolio is a universal ink brand compatible with printhead of any kind above 14PL. In this portfolio AT Inks also manufactures UV and Eco Solvent Inks.

Machines

Those in pursuit of printing, laser engraving and laminating machines can find their choices at Mono Sign Systems, a destination for an array of options. In this, Saurabh informs that they supply a range of wide-format printers with KM 512 & 512i, XAAR Proton, Starfire & 1024 printheads. In the portfolio, laser engravers and lamination machines are also included. Further, in order to serve their customers to the fullest, Mono Sign Systems also keep spare machine parts as well.
